DIPLOMA IN FASHION DESIGN
FINAL YEAR COLLECTION
A Reflection of My Growth and Vision
I graduated with a Diploma in Fashion Design from NAFA in May 2025. Fashion, to me, is like music, which is a symphony of elements working in harmony.
My final year collection, MAESTRO, designed for Spring/Summer 2026, is inspired by the artistry and discipline of an orchestra conductor. It explores the balance between strength and grace through contrasting textures, masculine tailoring, and feminine draping. Using an all-black palette with rich fabric interplay, the collection celebrates the power, precision, and emotion behind every movement, is a tribute to modern women who lead with confidence and elegance.
I turned three out of five designs from my collection into real garments — and I was so excited to be chosen to showcase them at NAFA’s Final Year Fashion Show!
✨ It was an unexpected surprise that my final year collection won the Best Collection Award! 🏆 I felt so happy and accomplished knowing that my efforts and creativity were recognized by the school. 🎓 I see this honour as the perfect ending to my diploma journey, and at the same time, a wonderful beginning to my future. 🌸
